Before I became a full time jewelry designer, I spent years assisting local, national and international non-profit organizations on a broad range of topics spanning projects involving language learning to environmental health and policy issues. I was passionate about making a difference and I wanted to assist many organizations. Armed with a degree in Cultural Anthropology and International Affairs I thought I could do just that. While momentarily proud, I remained relentlessly dissatisfied with the impact of my contributions. And I wanted to focus on beauty.

I believe in bridging the world of luxury by contributing to the society at large. I believe in social justice and support a number of causes, from early literacy to art for all. Philanthropy and giving are integral to my vision for growth and sustainability. I pledge 10% of my annual revenue to nonprofit organizations.
